Charles Coming home to your food is the best part of my day today!" Your Turkey Zucchini Lasagna and Almond Butter Chocolate Cups are among some of the best things I've ever eaten!

Chef Charles and his marvelous crew of servers, a bartender and a chef worked our holiday party December 13 at our apartment. We had about 60 people and they handled everything with ease and grace. The seasonally appropriate food was delicious and freshly prepared. The special bourbon cocktail was tasty and very popular. We had a really great time at our party and actually got to enjoy it! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Chef Charles and will definitely be using him again. It was very easy to work through the menu with him ahead of time, and he accommodated all of our requests. On the day of our event (an afternoon cocktail party in our home), he arrived a few hours early, and everything was perfectly prepared by the time the first guest walked in.

Charles Thank you so much for catering my friend Sonu's bachelorette party. The food was simply amazing ..Sonu loved the food - everyone loved the appetizers, people could not get enough of the lasagna both the veg and non veg. There was some non veg lasagna left over and people were fighting to take that home..so you can imagine how much people loved the food. The mini biscuit pudding was a pure delight and it was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Again, thank you so much for accommodating us and putting together such a amazing spread.

Chef Charles made the event seamless which at the end of the day is truly the key to entertaining in your home. The menu was chorizo in puff pastry (take on the classic pigs in a blanket and one of my faves), vegetable samosa with chili tamarind and cucumber raita, braised pork Vietnamese summer rolls with sweet plum sauce, herb & pretzel crusted chicken & bacon lollipops with a cilantro lime aioli, mushrooms stuffed with herb goat cheese and truffle oil and last but not least spinach & feta cups.

Chef Charles did an incredible job not only providing exquisite great food for our guests, but great excellent service as well. Our group of 80 enjoyed a range of delectable hors d'oeuvres from chicken lollipops and fried oysters to chorizo puff pastries and potato leek gruyere hot cakes. We also had a charcuterie and cheese station as well as a tended bar with the raved-about ginger lemongrass and lychee martini, which served as our signature cocktail.

Chef Charles, Thank you for taking our photo shoot catering above and beyond any expectations! The menu choices and pricing and personalized service that you provided us was incomparable to other catering services, and we loved the hands-on expediting, customization of people's orders,and overall First Class service. At first bite,we knew that a lot of heart and soul was put into the food we were eating and the flavors resonated in our mind for days after. We received so many compliments on the catering and have passed on your information to all. We will continue to highly recommend you and can't wait until the next time we can have you over cater an event.

If you are looking for a world class catering experience you can do no better than Chef Charles. I hired him for cocktail party for my birthday and service was first class from the start - from working with me to prepare the perfect menu, providing excellent staff, and execution that exceeded all expectations while staying under my budget. AND I HAVEN'T EVEN YET TOLD YOU ABOUT THE FOOD! The party started with Charles' veggie samosas... guests couldn't get enough of them and even asked me about them the next day! Lobster rolls presented along with the lobster shell and bacon-wrapped shrimp served bursting from a pineapple with jalapeño mango dipping sauce.

The curry coconut chicken satay was my personal favorite but that was only until I tried his wasabi tuna tartar and black hand-pulled pasta with pork and shrimp (which Charles threw in for me for FREE because he knew I liked them and had a budget I needed to stay under). If there is heaven for a palate leave it to Chef Charles to find it - THIS COOKING IS NO JOKE. Dinner ended with savory chocolate spring rolls and after dinner was over Charles and his staff helped bartend and cleaned everything up spotless. I can't wait to throw another dinner party with Chef Charles!

I was extremely satisfied and very pleased with Chef Charles and his crew. Right from the start he was extremely professional and accommodating. We planned the menu together and even discussed some of the ingredients and flavors to make sure they would be to my liking. On the day of he arrived to prep for the party very promptly and diligently worked through the day cooking all the food. All of the ingredients were good quality and of course fresh.

The food was all delicious and my guests have been raving about it for weeks after. The Mac and Cheese and Chicken Satay seemed to be everyone’s favorite. The presentation of the food was great as well. At the end of the party Chef Charles and his crew cleaned up the kitchen and hand washed all the larger used serving trays, pots and pans and put the smaller dishes in the dishwasher. The food seemed to have made the party a success, so I would highly recommend Chef Charles and plan on using him again for the next party!
