How we Work
Planning the Weekly Meals
- Discuss menu options, likes & dislikes, restrictions and allergies and if you follow a specific diet.
- Create a weekly or bi weekly meal prep menus
- Set up a food purchasing and delivery system to purchase ingredients via Fresh Direct, Instacart, Peabody & Honest Meats
- Address any other Special Requests
Finalizing the Meals
- Based on discussion, we send over proposal/contract & finalized menus.
- Decide on Date, Time & location and time for our chef to come in.
- We order all the ingredients to set up delivery to come in time for the chef.
The Scheduled Day
- The chef will come in and prep meals.
- Prepped meals will be boxed and labeled.
- You will be relaxing and getting ready to eat.
- Chef will clean the kitchen put away all the prepped food and leave with plenty of delicious foods in store for you to enjoy.
Pricing
The Chefs Fee is $50 per hour unless there is a request for Chef Charles. All our chefs are fully trained professionals in meal prep & private chef service. We charge a small weekly administration fee for meal prep service to coordinate and purchase all ingredients.
The average cost of a weekly prep meal service is $50 (Chef Rate) x 5 hours + $50 Admin Fee + Cost of Food.
