Soho Bistro

The Task:

Total Revamp of an existing restaurant in one of the top exclusive boutique hotels in Colombo Sri Lanka. Created the concept of an NYC style upscale bistro that you would find in Soho New York. Created new menus, branding, logos, trained staff & launched the new restaurant.

Vis-a-Vis

The Task:

We set up this impressive 160 seater French Russian high-end restaurant in Brooklyn NY. Chef Charles went in as the executive chef and set up the brand new restaurant from soup to nuts. Chef Charles was the executive chef for the first year in charge of the menu and concept development, hiring and training staff, purchasing inventory and management. Vis-a-vis continues to be a successful restaurant operation in Brooklyn.

Village Prime

The Task:

We were called into give this Fine Dining Prime Meats & Seafood Restaurant in the Heart of Greenwich Village a culinary make over and hire train and set up a team of front of house and back of house professionals to run the restaurant.

Devi NYC

The Task:

We were called in to help refresh and create and build excitement and innovation around their existing menu. This is the first Indian restaurant to get a Michelin star in the U.S. We created an interesting selection of contemporary Indian dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala Lasagna, Pan seared Duck Breast with Masala Potatoes, Sesame Crusted Tofu Paneer Balls to be featured in their revamped menu. We also hosted several pop up style dinners at the restaurant as a special guest chef.

Lantern

The Task:

Located on one of the most exclusive beach front areas in Sri Lanka. We helped craft the cuisine, train chefs, create concepts and design the kitchen from ground up. We have an ongoing consulting relationship with Lantern that’s lasted over five years.
